Questions About Ipad 2 Wireless Keyboard

Richard asks…

Does a wireless keyboard for ipad 2 connect to the first ipad?

I was going to buy a wireless apple keyboard that said it was for ipad 2, but does anyone know if that one will connect to the first ipad too?

admin answers:

The iPads (and other iOS devices) use standard Bluetooth connections so most Bluetooth keyboards will connect with an iPad.

John asks…

Does the original iPad keyboard will work on the iPad 2?

I'm just asking if it will work on the iPad 2 so that i dont have to buy the wireless keyboard. Thanks!!

admin answers:

I'm assuming you're talking about the iPad dock from Apple (Apple iPad Keyboard Dock). The short answer is yes. They both use the same 30 pin connector. The only thing use you may have a trickier time fitting the iPad 2 into the dock. It works. Just takes a bit of shimmying. Enjoy!

Helen asks…

Are there any wireless keyboards I could buy for my iPad 2 under fifty bucks?

Links would be appreciated.

James asks…

Should I get an iPad 2 or an iPod Touch 4G?

My birthdays coming up&I reallllyyyy want something I can do video chat on. Plus I really want a laptop, so if I get an iPad I can get the wireless keyboard, but an iPod Touch does the same thing, but I don't really want an iPod cause my phone does the same stuff basically except the face time. Anyways, I can't decide, if I get an iPad I get the laptop like feature with the face time, but with an iPod I get face time. I've used an iPad before&I L O V E D it, it was fast&sleek, &I've had a iPod before just never the 4G, I ended up selling it so I could get a phone, plus it just wasn't that great. So which should I get? Oh&I've only used the first iPad not the second, so has anyone used it, &if you have was it any better than the first? Thanks in advance. (:

admin answers:

I'd go for the iPad, since the iPod Touch is extremely similar to an iPhone, just without the communication capabilities.

You can carry the tablet everywhere and enjoy media, whether it is a HD video or music, a lot better with an iPad, than with the tiny screen from a iPod touch.
