How much tax do I have to pay for an iPad 2 in Canada?
I live in Montreal, and I am saving for an iPad 2. I've been saving since may and have exactly 450$. How much more do I need to buy an iPad 2 16 GB?? The original price before taxes used to be 499$ but it is now 519$! :(( how much more do I need to buy the iPad? Plus taxes!!

Do the math...if you need to get to $519 and you have $450 you need ...$69 not that hard. And go find out the tax rate, move the decimal over left twice and then mulitply that by $519 and you will have your tax.

Will the iPad 2's WiFi work without the 3G card?
If I have an iPad 2, with 3G that I have ordered with an AT&T plan, will the WiFi work if I take out the 3G card? Or will it get locked? Because I want to use the iPad overseas for some time. And getting an unlocked iPad 2 would be out of my price margin. I hope I have made my question clear.

Well At&t is a GSM Network which GSM stands for Global System for Mobile Communications. Which means you can take it anywhere in the world. But if you are overseas then yes you could take the 3g Sim card out if there is no signal for a 3g network. Also your Ipad 2 will not get locked if you take the card out.

Hi! I was wondering if they would still sell the next version of the iPad at the same price as the iPad 2. I'm considering buying the latest version next year. I'll just be using it for web browsing and article reading and stuff. Is it possible that they may still be maintaining the same price?
