Kindle 3 vs Ipad 2 vs Nook Color?
I was wondering with ereader i should purchase. (i know an ipad does more than just allow you to read books)

Buy the Nook Color!! You can root it and turn it into a $600 Android tablet. You can get 1000's of apps from the android marketplace and extra storage. Plus you can have the kindle app on there as well :)

iMac 27" w/ iPad 32GB vs MacBook Pro 17" w/ External Display?
I will need the protability for up to 2-3 times a weak, I will be doing a lot of video editing, audio editing, and school work. I will be using it for the Internet, games such as World of Warcraft, and web design. The video, audio editing, games, and web design will be on desk while school work will be outside and on desk. I dont really need to move around the house much, but moving with the iPad seems nice.

I own an imac 21.5 inch and I absolutely love everything about it. I think you should probably wait out on the ipad though, if you already have an ipod touch or iphone then even better for you.
27 inches for a computer monitor is huge, and the mac has enough power to run well with graphics and games.
The macbook pro is also very nice, but it truly comes down to preference. Two of the same thing packed in two different designs. If your not moving around the house much, then you should probably look more into the imac. I mean, the imac essentially only has one wire to plug in so you could easily move it to your kitchen and whatnot if you need too.
