Uh, you cannot connect any USB device to an iPad 2 as it has no USB ports.

If you have an iPhone however, you can turn on "Personal Hotspot" in settings and it turns your phone into a modem. Then you search for wifi on your iPad 2 and you will see your
iPhone come up. Select that, put in the password and done.

I want to be able to access my computers USB webcams from my Ipad 2
and be able to turn on and off my computers from my Ipad 2
I mean one that is able to wake my computer up from sleep mode.
