Ipad 2 wifi +3G or just wifi?

I'm going to buy an ipad 2 soon but I am buying it in Hong Kong so don't want to go on a 3G plan or anything but I was just wondering if I could buy just the wifi version and then go on a 3G plan when I get back to the UK? or do I have to buy wifi + 3G one?

If you want to get a 3g plan directly onto the iPad, you will have to buy a 3g iPad and you can put a sim in it when you get back to the UK. However you can buy a wi-fi only version and use a mi-fi dongle with it, as the mi-fi doesn't connect directly into the iPad. The mi-fi will also allow you to remotely connect with other devices, such as laptops, mobile phones, iPods, etc.

Not many people will buy for 5 bucks. The trick to business is making the price a few bucks smaller than a bill ( instead of 5 use 4 or 3, instead of 50 use 47, etc.) I say make Em 3

Ok so i have a monthly internet plan with AT&T for $15 and i wanted to get the ipad with the 3g but since i already have the plan on my phone do i have to pay another 15 a month or how does that work?

its desciption shows that it has video calling and 3g .
i want to know weatherer it has to be used with SIMCARD , or it uses some other technology to provide these features.
