Can anyone tell me if iPad 2 (wifi+3G) is unlocked in USA? Coz on apples website they offer only with AT&T and Verizon ...but many blogs and ppl say it works with any carrier...I wanted to clarify..!

Try to format and than synchronize it via iTunse.
I have the same problem on my iTouch.
